Seminar fee structure

• Total seminar cost: €300 per participant

• Non-refundable deposit: €100 (due upon booking confirmation)

• Remaining balance: €200 (due before seminar commencement)

Payment policy

• The €100 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Full payment of €300 must be completed prior to seminar attendance.

• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Cards

• All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Participant cancellation

• Cancellation fee: €100 (equivalent to the deposit amount).

• The €100 deposit will be forfeited, regardless of the timing or reason for cancellation.

• No refunds will be provided for any cancellations once booking is confirmed.

• All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.

No-Show policy

• Participants who fail to attend their scheduled seminar will forfeit the entire €300 fee.

• No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be offered for missed appointments.

• Participants are solely responsible for attending at their confirmed date and time.

• Venue: On-site classroom facility in Dublin, Ireland

Scheduling and communication

• Seminar dates and times will be communicated via email to registered participants.

• Notifications will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

• Participants must confirm receipt and attendance when requested.

• Participants are responsible for regularly checking their email.

 

OPERATIONAL POLICIES

Minimum attendance requirement

• A minimum of 5 participants is required for each seminar.

• If minimum attendance is not met, the seminar may be:

  • Postponed to a later date with adequate numbers, or

  • Cancelled, in which case a full refund of all fees (including the deposit) will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled seminar.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and attendance requirements.

• A €50 rescheduling fee may apply for participant-initiated changes.

• Only one rescheduling is permitted per participant.

Communication requirements

• All official communications will be sent to the email address provided at registration.

• Participants must ensure their contact details are current and accessible.

• If contact information changes, participants must update it immediately.

• The organizer is not liable for undelivered messages due to incorrect email addresses.

 

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-Seminar requirements

• Provide accurate personal and contact information during registration.

• Complete full payment according to the schedule.

• Check email regularly for updates and instructions.

• Confirm attendance when requested by the organizer.

• Meet any legal eligibility requirements for taxi licensing in Ireland.

On the day of the seminar

• Arrive on time at the designated venue.

• Bring valid photographic ID (driver’s licence or passport).

• Come prepared with any materials specified in pre-seminar communication.

• Maintain professional behaviour throughout the seminar.

• Attendance is at the participant’s own risk.

Force Majeure

• The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone seminars due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Venue unavailability

• In such events, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Compliance and regulations

• The seminar is designed to align with Irish taxi licensing regulations.

• Participants must meet all legal requirements for taxi operation.

• Completion of the seminar does not guarantee licensing approval from the relevant authorities.

Modifications to policy

• The organizer may modify these policies with reasonable advance notice.

• Policy updates will be communicated via email to all registered participants.

• Continued participation implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Dispute resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved under Irish law.

• Dublin shall be the jurisdiction for all legal matters.

• Mediation will be attempted before pursuing legal action.

 

DATA PROTECTION

Privacy policy

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR.

• Data is used solely for seminar administration and communication.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT

By registering for this taxi seminar, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this policy document.

Participants acknowledge:

• The €100 deposit is non-refundable, under any circumstance

• Cancellation results in loss of the deposit

• No-shows forfeit the full €300
